Who is responsible
This site is operated by Oodo Roland (oodoroland.com). When you use this site — including the booking system, contact form, or any paid service — you are sharing information with me directly. I am the sole data controller.

What I collect and why
I only collect what is necessary to deliver the service.

I do not collect passwords, government IDs, or financial account details.
How I use your information
- ›Schedule and confirm your booked call
- ›Send a Google Calendar invite with a video link
- ›Send a booking confirmation email and, if set up, a reminder
- ›Process payment where applicable
- ›Prepare for the call (I read what you wrote in the context field before we speak)
- ›Improve the site via anonymised analytics
I do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. You will only receive emails directly related to a booking you made.
Third parties

I do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.
Data retention
- ›Booking records (name, email, call type, slot, context) — kept for 12 months after the call date, then deleted
- ›Payment references — kept for 3 years for accounting purposes
- ›Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months)
- ›Email delivery logs — 30 days
You can request deletion of your booking record at any time (see below), unless retention is required for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email dev@oodoroland.com with your request and I will respond within 5 business days.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. The same email applies.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics. No login session cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party ad cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Security
Data is stored in a secured database with access restricted to me. Connections to this site use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your data has been involved in a breach, contact me immediately at dev@oodoroland.com.
Changes
If I make material changes to this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
